The BrineRIS project focuses on the search for geothermal brine deposits with a high content of critical elements (especially lithium). A team of scientists systematically collects samples from different areas of the RIS (Regional Innovation Scheme) countries. These valuable samples are then sent to our partner laboratories in Finland, Belgium and Poland, where detailed studies on lithium recovery are carried out. On the BrineRIS YouTube channel, we provide summaries of our sampling campaigns, showing the sampling process and achievements related to the investigation of geothermal brines.
